Four Season Spring Oolong Tea

Four Season Oolong is also known as Si Ji Chun, literally meaning “four seasons” in Chinese, it earns its name as it can be harvested as many as 6-8 times throughout the year. This tea is grown all over the mountains in Taiwan, but ours is from Alishan(Mt. Ali), where the elevations are high and alpine are covered in clouds, its terroir and cool climate produces a fresh and floral cup with smooth and creamy flavors.

You know when you're drinking Four Season Oolong—it's not like other teas. For those who haven't ventured beyond black or green teas, this tea is a great introduction to the world of oolongs.

Brewing Tips

Step 1: You'll need a mug and tea infuser

Step 2: Put 2 tsp of tea leaves into the mug

Step 3: Add 1 cup of filtered water(the temperature should be 195F degrees)

Step 4: Cover and let steep for 4-5 mins
